Trailer suggestions?

So, I finally bought my first house (huzzah and yippee), and am looking to buy a trailer. I'm wanting to get a tandem axle trailer that I can use as both a utility trailer, and car hauler for my 79 Cherokee. I've hauled it on Uhaul trailers twice, and know that with the wide track and the 35" tires, it's a VERY tight fit (the tires rub the wheel wells when loading and unloading). So, anyhow, I'm wondering if anyone on here has any suggestions on brand/size/style trailer to meet my needs? I'm willing to go buy a brand new Big Tex or similar, if needed, but would rather just have someone point me in the right direction on what to look for on craigslist...

Thanks folks.

I personally haven't towed anything with my Jeep but the previous owner ran some kind of lawn mowing service and had a bigger version of this with a huge riding mower over the axles and other equipment on the front. Looked very stable and he told me he would take it on the highway between towns.

not a trailer expert but all the times I have had stuff delivered ( wood/gravel/dirt it was a "boxy" trailer with a the ability to dump....I use my baby trailer for making dump runs and our "covered loads" law is pretty strict..... don't know how many rigs you need to pull around but you may find more utility In a non car hauler? or have something made like the pic above that you can put sides on?

I planned to make the tandem axle travel trailer frame I have (almost freebie from CL) into a car hauler, but they are waaay too flexible. in the long run. With a deck on it, it will be much better and I plan on removable sides so I can make walls for it as well and have it still as a camper/emergency shelter. It'll be a good test bed for one I'll possibly build with an aluminum frame at a later time. I have a buddy that is a welder to help me with it. It's better to have one trailer do multiple things than 3 trailers to have to move, store, etc. I even considered making a insert for the rear section so it can be shortened to use as a utility trailer but that may be taking it too far.
