What's up w/ BJ's Offroad??

I've been trying to order the 6" lift and some other goodies from BJ's. I was in email contact with Ryan there but I have had no replies to the quotes I'm asking for. Last week he said I would have it by the day's end but it is a week later now and still no response. I've tried their number twice over the past two weeks I get the answering machine during business hours and leave a message but no one calls back. Can I trust my money with these guys? It seems like they have satisfied customers on this site. Has anyone dealt with them lately? Where else can I get a good 6" lift? I used to have the skyjacker 4" but I've heard bad things about their service lately also...

Thanks in advance for any advice

I would not hesitate to do business with people who have built up the track record these guys have. They are just not an " operators standing by 24/7 " business like some of their competition for some of their parts.

Yeah, they're good guys. I too used the live chat feature of their website when I wanted quick service. Its the smiley face in the center of their screen. I would give that a try.

I have several orders pending with BJs right now and Brent has been great at keeping me updating on some backorder issues. I appreciate the efficient communication.

Sorry, I did drop the ball on that one. I was out of town when you emailed about the quote, and forwarded it to Brent, but unfortunately the email never made it out of my outbox as the hotel was having connection issues. On top of that I got a cold and Bronchitis on the way home, and have been 100% out of it until today. Regardless, I apologize for the delay and should have done a better job following up.

I've ordered stuff from BJ's a few times. It usually shows up faster than expected in like 1-3 days. Can't beat 'em
