Scored a M715, J200 and a free winch...

Well, I'm calling it an M715 since it has about 7.5' of frame with the vin and motor. It's the from from the front coress member to just behind the last t-case cross member. Good running 39K mile 230 with the T98, all cross members, 12 volt conversion with a newer starter. Got the intermidiate shaft, rear cross member with the lunettes (sp) and shackle mounts. All for $150. While I was there picking it up I bought a nice original painted rhino for $20.

Then I went and bought a 63-65 J200. Small window, dealer installed twin piston dump body, Ramsey 8klb PTO winch (with the ramsey HD bumper and of course the pto and shafts) Meyers plow, Midland Ross power brakes and loads of good parts....for $75.

Then I went to look at a rotted 27K mile J10. Bought the mint interior for $75.

Then scored a free Warn 8274 that needs work, but us working.

All in one weekend.

It could have been better. The J10 was suppsoed to be free, the the guy changed his mind. I may still buy it. I'm pulling the interior after Christmas (I've got the week off) and I will take a very good look at it then.

Oh, I could also get a late 50's early 60's Willys from the guy with the Gladiator, but it's trashed. Probably will end up with the decent thriftside (not the WO script version ) for free though.

Also put up a 12x20 tent garage for the 63 to live in ths winter.

And the M715 came with a good radiator with a factory shroud, steering column and steering box, plus the main light switch and the t-case/e-brake levers.

I'll snap a pic of the M715, but I won't be getting the 8274 or the J200 untill this weekend.

If I dragged all that home, I'd be LIVING in that tent, if I was lucky.

Storing the J200 at a friends house untill summer, the M715 is sitting out back and the interior is staying in the J10 unitll after Christmas.

I'm not sure if I can handle seeing all the neat stuff you keep getting on the cheap that I struggle to find anywhere near the state of Texas at any price.

Thats just one hellofa weekend!
