Used the center section from a big Bronco (93/94) from the Warn grille guard mount. Put my mount plates that I fabbed on the outside of the frame rails and to the inside of the mount plate. I used 1/4 inch for my mount plates, cut around the spring hanger rivets and built that area up and covered them.
Fabbed up my outer ends out of .120 flat and built in mounts for fog/driving combo lights. Grille guard is a cut down factory piece.
