Welded axles + hydro-assist with qt offroad??

Anybody run welded or fully locked axles and hydro-assist with the qt in normal drive offroad? Just curious if its possible without trashing the cones. I ran my last case with this setup but it had a part-time kit.

I was thinking it might help with the turning radius by being in normal drive by transfering power to front during a turn (tighter radius should slip first etc...)...any thoughts...

not sure about the q-track, but i can tell you that if your welded in the front, doesnt matter if its engaged or not, it will still have crappy turning radius. as long as the 2 front wheels are locked together the radius will suffer.

but thats what front digs are for.
