Just saw that her press secretary said that a mountain is being made of a mole hill. The Speaker was just trying to position the kids to make sure they were included in the pic. 
With her elbow???
My aunt would've grabbed me and shoved me up front. If she had done that she would have looked good and not even have been blocked.
To me it looked like an unconscious thing. She shoulda apologized and said that and it would have gone away.
