Headed to montana...19+ hours UPDATED home with story
Well the powerstoke is fueled up and trailer is loaded....9 1/2 hours to glasgo montana and 9 1/2 hours back....just for a jeep ....and its not even mine ....me and the brother in law are going to go pick up a jeep for his wife....but of course i have the tow rig so he cashed in a few favors....but found a guy on the way that has a edge performance chip and some other goodies for sale that will go nicely in my truck so not a complete loss for me....well keep the fingers crossed and i will see u guys late tomorrw
Update....well a 19 hour trip turned into a 31 hour trip....and instead of bringing home one jeep.....well i u know how it goes....im new owner of a 81 cherokee chief was a couple hours out of are way to get the wrangler but figured went this far why not....so went and looked at it....did a trade and then there i was traveling 400 plus miles in a jeep that i had only seen for about 20 mins.....only one hichup....dimer switch started messin up on me when going over the pass....so no brights for last hundred miles of the trip.....otherwise...powerstroke towed the wrangler with basically not even knowing it was there and i got to drive a real jeep home.....Pics will come in morning as we drove tell 4 in the morning two hour nap and back on the road....we pulled in at one thirty....

And then I'd
Get a cuppa cawfee
N' give my foot a push . . .
Just me 'n the pygmy pony
Over the Dennil Floss Bush
Movin' to Montana soon
Gonna be a dental floss tycoon...

You've got at least two passes and if you head up through Lincoln you go right by where the Unibomber lived....
Have a safe trip and watch out for the wind coming out of the coulee's in eastern Mt. Those big gusts can blow you right off the road.

Good road trip.
Nothing like a long drive home in something you just bought.
I had the same problem with my J20 when I bought it, except when I hit the dimmer all the lights would go out. Luckily I left early and had 6 hours of daylight and only spent the last 3 hours driving at night.

any trip that you make it home with all your body parts still intact is a good trip
