Removing Studs from Sway Bar Dog Bones to Replace Bushings

I am replacing all of the bushings in the sway bar system, but I can't seem to separate the "dog bones" (which attach to the front axle) from the sway bar itself. Are these joining bolts/studs/whatever pressed into the sway bar? Threaded in? What is the best way to remove them so that I can replace the bushing which surrounds them?

Jeff
