    Hello From Colorado!

    Hello all,

My name is Kodie. I am about to start a project on my dad's 77 J10. He passed away a few months ago and since that is the truck I started driving in the mountains at 8 years old, I figured it would be an awesome way to remember him and bring some fun childhood memories of driving it!

    Current-
    350 v8
    spring over
    35s
    LSD front
    Locker in the rear

I have a great running J20, So the motor will be coming out of that.

    Howdy, Kodie.
Sad to hear of the loss of a loved one, but he'll live on in the Jeep!

Welcome to the forums, Kodie. There are a ton of great folks here and a huge amount of great information and knowledge.

Sad news of your father passing- but what an incredible way to keep memories of him and a tangible connection alive. Best of luck as you work on your legacy J-truck!

Greetings! Also from Colo. My dad was a Jeeper too. Gone in 2014. Do the J-truck justice!
"Jeepjake" on this site 20-years ago, did the first Ouray Invasion (stuck on Imogene pass, wrote a story about it), then subsequent Uninvasion the next year. Been working on Jeeps 50-years, have had a Jeep of one rendition or another all my adult life.
