Your 2do list

So... Whats on your 2do list for your Jeep?

Just curious if everyone's list is as long as mine... Share your 2do lists and plans for your rigs here...

Mine:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AuL2Np3tEZZUdDM3dWdsZ3pNbG13Nk8zZmxKM0prV 3c&hl=en

Kind of seems like it never will be done . Then again everything shows up as "not started" because I just made a new list... The old one got cluttered up with too many "completed" things

Not a bad idea unless you have several FSJs.
They tend to set the agenda, not me.

Not all FSJ, but I have 7 sets of wheels on the ground here, and I know exactly what you are talking about.

and yes, the Jeep list is long enough. Its kinda in flux inside my head right now, and I am balancing what should be done against what needs to be done right now. I can get the Big Dog out from under the snow now, and just got a timing belt put on the baby diesel, so that heater core has got to go!

My list was alot longer a few months ago.
  • Replace old gas
  • Swap in NP208
  • Identify exhaust leak
  • Fix exhaust leak
  • Rebuild carb
  • Replace power steering pump
  • Check diff fluids
  • Check TC fluids
  • Check steering for wear

This doesn't include all the little upgrades I want to do but lack of $ keeps them off the list.

1. I need to make some new clutch linkage out of heim joints but keep putting it off.

2. The ECM needs a little more tuning for cold starts and open loop.

3. Rust free bed and paint.

Here's my list and some of it i've already done but ran into other issues that require re-doing it.

1.reconnect and recharge my A/C
2.plumb the evap system
3.wire up the fuel pump/sending unit
4.weed out unneeded wires in the engine harness and splice in the GW wires
5.regear the front axle (waiting until I know the rear is right)
6.adjust the Lokar column shifter to the trans
7.recover the headliner and overhead console
8.install the fron parking brake cable and adjust
9.clean up and mount the inside spare tire carrier
10.put the door panels back on
11.make up t-case shifter linkage
12.replace the front brake hoses (one side left to go)
13.bleed the brakes
14.inspect and repack the front hubs/bearings
15.properly torque all the spring bolts and nuts
16.rebuild my newly acquired NP208
17.get a spacer made to adapt newly acquired 208 to the AW4
18.get drive shafts made up (again)

and there are other misc. things that will come up as the list gets finished
