Lightbulb Tire/Lift Combo: *Photos Wanted*

I wanted to start a thread that would help people figure out what Tire/Lift Combo would work best for them. It will also help people decide what they want their Jeep to look like.

It is basic what I am looking for:

Tire Size and Make
Rim Size and Make
How Much Lift
What Type of Lift
If you had to trim your Wheel Openings
A photo from the side so people can see what it looks like.

Along with any other info you feel would help people decide what Tire/Lift combo they want to run, such as what you do mostly with you Jeep

I wish I could go first but I am still trying to decide what size tires to run, and how much lift to go with.

I would like to put something together like this: http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=44404 but with photos.

Thanks

MAHA

34x10.50 Swamper LTBs, 15x7 Waggy wheels, 6 inch Hell Creek lift (gee, this is looking a lot like my sig... lol)

No trimming so far... I pulled it up on some big rocks in my yard and on a steep slope and stuffed the wheels all I could and did not hit anything... even the back ones.

Not a real good pic but here's a 3" body lift on a Wag w/31" BFG's before I re-located the bumpers. Stock rims and just slight off-roading...Haven't been brave enough to get any real flex yet!! This is a cheap way to go but has it's own set of headaches when doing the install. My next skyward move is a 2" spring lift from BJ's for 5" of lift and I won't have to change brake lines or go with a drop pitman arm!

3" BL ... from personal experience and from others I have known with it ... ACK!!

Light maybe, moderate I dunno ... too much to risk in my book. We do some good rock climbing and obstacles. I've seen to many BLs get screwed up with bent bolts and radiators being eaten by fans, and other crazy carnage.

Doing an SOA with the right kit without blocks is your best friend. Piece mealing stuff together works in some instances but they tend to put kits together a certain way for good reason. If you want to try different components I always suggest calling the company and talking to a tech and find out the straight stuff before pulling the trigger and ending up with a bad mix.

But to each their own.

Lift

Here is my 91 waggy with the BJ's 6" all spring lift and some 33x12.5 trxus mts on 10" wide steel wheels. I trimmed 1"+ out of the rear fenders, filled the gap with silcone, and covered it with plastic trim. No rubbing at full stuff.
