Thank you. It's been so blessed cold here for the past week, and not having a garage. It's been tough. Today it was 15 with a wind chill of -1. Not even the dog went outside. You mention of spinning the dizzy when hooked up to the ignition system is one of the test for the pickup module. With your multimeter hooked up between the leads of the module your ohms on the 2000 range should be between something like 500 to 850 ohms. Then set the meter to ac amps and spin the dizzy or crank the engine if its installed. It should read better then 1 volt ac. If it doesn't and the ohms reading was good, try a different reluctor. Seems that Phil, that sleezy little rodent, 12 miles from here wasn't wrong!!
