No frame damage other than the side of the box section is dimpled...

It deserves it. It's going to be betting some body worth this summer. Not much holding the tailgate one. And one of the torsion rods popped through the gate the other day.

4-speed 230 rigs are pretty rare. Looks like it would be a nice truck done up. It looks pretty nice as is. I'd be interested in it if I didn't have several too many right now.

I ended up with a new Holley 2300. Easy swap as they bolt right on. I'm going to play more with my 2209 this summer. Just could never get it to idle right. The choke never worked properly either.

A J200 will have a 7' bed, your J4000 is an 8' bed truck.

J200/J2000 are all 120" wheelbase. J4000 is 132". J300/J3000 are all 126" except for the J3000 Camper Truck which is 132".

Does anyone have a known good 2209? As in ran and idled great when removed. Mine has an idle circuit issue. Runs great off idle. Stumbles and stalled at idle. I've already rebuilt it, can't get it...

Mikel has a hood the same color, I just talked to him about it today. I was planning on having it painted otherwise.

I bought DrLockes 68 Wagoneer early this year. Caught Waggy fever again and this one seemed pretty good. Seemed. Lots of hidden rot under seam sealer, bad gas tank and my usual can't leave well...

I've run into bad coolers on VW's at work. Ran into a lot of bad stuff with VW's at work. FSJ's are more reliable imo.
