Yes, it looks like the metal part that is left after the rubber/felt has been removed is held in by some small screws.

Today's update. The NEW turn signal doesn't always work. If you move it just to the perfect location, it works. Bump it slightly, it doesn't. Time to buy another one, tear down the steering column...

Yes, I got everything working except the turn signal cancel and I just got the new harness and will be doing it this weekend.

All turn, tail and brake lights are now led. The headlights are bright...

I guess maybe I am missing something. Mine has 2 holes where the mounting screws go through it to hold it in place. This part doesnt have those. How does it mount ?

Well, it HAD turn signals before we tore out the rear window motor and wires. But now it doesn't. They didn't cancel when they were working and when I took the steering wheel off, there was a plastic...
