A lot of that will be worn parts and misadjusted/ worn out steering box, you really should not need a steering stabilizer if everything is in good shape, more for off road use.

I would suggest a solid type set up then but pay close attention to your oiling system and temp, that will be a lot of load on the engine at that rpm but if set up right should work.

Yes, go to parts store and find brake caliper grease, comes in a small tube. Lube the slide pins well and I also will very lightly lube the brake pads contact areas as well.

The main Napa on 27th Ave and Thomas in Phoenix can mix you the paint and makes spray cans as well so it is easier for you. You should stop by and look at the books or give them the color code.

Replace the line with a generic line from napa, there is a little spring clip designed to hold the ball and spring together in the valve body till you get it together, mine came in a shift improver...

The problem with using the engine cleaner is it tends to dislodge a lot of garbage inside and will clog up the pick up and filters as well as some of the small passages.

Bad cam lobe and or bad lifter. You can measure the lobe lift with a dial indicator but will need to pull the intake to get to the lifter.

no, there is a anti drainback valve in the trans/valve body. you may need to pull trans and rebuild pump and valve body or upgrade with shift improver kit to help. the cheapest is to put it neutral...

You used to be able to go into the parts store and get a matching set of belts so they were equal in size and length. May not be able to other than napa maybe?

You should be able to do it with little problems since you have the complete donor vehicle. will have to modify the drive shafts and shifters but that's about it.

no, just clean the area with brake cleaner and lube the inside seal edge where it rides on the crank with a little oil, but not on the ends where the rtv will be.
