      I was doing that yesterday, maybe if you found one prior to '77, two that I checked from '79 and '82 (a C30 &C20) were the same as the later year Jeeps. Somebody here on the forum must be parting an early Jeep though...

          Fellas, thanks so much for all the help. Definitely appreciated. I've decided I'm gonna save us a bunch of heartache and just take the J-20 box back.

          We've gotta have this truck to ready to roll out of here by Friday for the axle rebuild.

          We'll pick one up for a J-10 and call it done.

              I am not sure if this is going to help or not but I did some google searching and on this Bronco message board they say their steering box is 36 spline. Your 31 spline shaft might work with this joint. It might be worth looking into getting a bronco rag joint?
