Is there a trick to getting the yoke off the front D44? I finally got the nut off (thanks PB Blaster!) but that sucker won't budge. Do I just need to pull harder?

Ok thanks Serehill-I have good puller just didn't want to go for it, which is unusual for me, but also why I have a whole shelf on my metal rack for broken Jeep parts!

tap with a machinest's hammer as you pull. The torque rating on the nut is 180-300lbs, so that yoke was pushed on there there pretty good..1979 Chero S "Sundog" 1979 Chero S "Hammer"
