My yoke is slightly damaged on the rear of my NP208 transfer case. It's clearly serviceable and will hold a u-joint, but a piece sheared off, so I'm replacing it. Can someone do this without air tools?

I changed mine in the parking lot at Driveline Specialists in Sarasota once. Not a big deal if you don't mind spilling fluid.Flint

Ok, so a little horsepower and I'm good. I was planning on draining fluid before I started, and this is a good time to change fluid in the transfer case anyway. Will a small amount still drain after the yoke is removed?Originally posted by fulsizjeep1982 Cherokee

One more question
I checked my Haynes manual and no torque specs are listed for the yoke retaining nut. Does anyone know how much torque is specified somewhere for the NP208 transfer case yoke?1982 Cherokee
