Harmonic Balancer?

you can always remove all the belts.... even the water pump and run it for a short period of time, 30-40 sec is all its needed to check it out.

Yes, az, I agree in that if the balancer is out, the vibrations will not abate as the rpm's go up.
this unit has no clutch and a flex fan. I wonder if the darn fan can be causing it? Hmmmm?
I can also easily check the TC, I had not thought of that...

My experience is that anything out of balance on the rotating assembly causing a vibration, will intensify not decrease with higher RPM's. Could it possibly something on the belt system? or maybe a bad fan clutch? bent fan blade? loose torque converter?

Harmonic Balancer?
My 360 has a fairly harsh vibration (parked, not running...) that becomes real noticeable at about 1200 RPM's and seems to abate as RPM's climb.
I do not see anything out of wack with the balancer, although I have not looked at it while running.
Motor mounts look OK, are tight.
