We are in the process of having a cat-back back and cat-forward system for 80-91 Wagons. Here are the specs:

    3" mandrel bent aluminized pipe

    Stainless steel muffler

Hi-flow catalytic convertor will be optional for those of you who need or want one.

A long time ago, I made a cat back system with the pipe pieces you buy at the parts store. Use the 45 and 90 degree bends to get over the rear axle. It actually worked pretty well.

You could clamp it all together, but I welded it together with a stick welder, which worked fine since it didn't have to be pretty.

I think there are a lot of people that would probably be interested. The real problem you're going to run into is that no two FSJs seem to ever come out the same. You could certainly make a prefabbed setup, though, and people could work around that.
