    Does anyone have any idea what this sticker originally looked like?

      Maybe a part number tag as frame looks like good paint on it, but not on all the underside, so perhaps a replacement frame under the truck at some point?

        Yes, thank you. That was preparing for painting. It is cleaner even now!

          I think, too that it is a part number tag. But the frame is original stock with correct vin stamped in on passenger side.

          I´ve seen some more Jeeps having this sticker at the same position but always in bad condition...

          So no idea how it looked like.

            Mine was white with black letters that said 87. the Jeep is a 1988, so I figured it was just the year the frame was manufactured.
