Anyone successfully buy parts from Team Grand Wagoneer? I ordered and paid for parts weeks ago and nothing. Leaving voice mails and not getting calls back. Are they legit of a scam?

I have a few times in the past year. Sometimes they ship quick other times it takes up to a week for them to ship. I never had to wait weeks for them to ship nor have I had to contact them for order issues. They seem to have mixed reviews if you search the forums.

Yeah it's hit or miss with them. l've never had a problem with them but lotsa guys have had your experience. What did you order? Hope you used a CC which shouldn't have been charged yet unless it was some kind of special order which they should have warned about up front.

I placed a very large order years ago. I ordered double on everything. For Sadie the 70 wagoneer I restored and for my 69 X model. They shipped one each of everything, billed me for two of everything and when I called them, they accused me of being dishonest and trying to score a whole mess of parts for free. They eventually shipped what I paid for, but I will tell you two things. One is they are a horrible company and I never miss a chance to remind everyone about this happening. Two is they will never get a cent from me ever again. Even if they are the only ones that have what I need. I can hand make better parts than anything they peddle to anyone here. I am a lot of things, Tons of flaws, but one thing I don't do is steal.

The PO of my Jeep must have had good luck. When I contacted them to ask about something they DID respond to me, so that was good.

Kaiserjeeps, where do you get the seals around the rear window in the rear doors? I need them and they're the only place I've been able to find them.

I'd need a picture to see exactly what ones you mean. I have a very big stack of receipts from the build I did. I had been intending to do a parts list spread sheet and post all that work to find them to be a resource for this forum. But life happened..... There are a lot of suppliers that carry just about every type of seal and window wipe. And suppliers that carry retaining clips and tabs you can install. You have to find them online. Good luck with searching now that amazon and walmart pay to hog the first few pages of any internet search. All the good stuff is just about impossible to find now. Order from TGW and maybe you will get lucky.

Fun fact - the part number on TGW is the manufacturer part number in most cases. A lot of what they sell is generally available elsewhere.

That said - I've never had a problem with them but have heard horror stories!

This piece; haven't been able to find it anywhere else.

I just need the rubber pieces--no frame or anything.
