Oil pan gasket snap-ups + stud kit

I have used zip ties to hold gaskets in place. Just lightly zip them in place and clip them off one by one as you start threading in the bolts.

I used dental floss on the exhaust manifold gaskets, too.

for a 1-piece gasket they're included and handy.
worked like a charm when I did LT1 pan gasket.

for an old school amc pan setup LMAO
they'd chew the hell out of a cork gasket and be useless.

Those might be kinda handy. I coat both sides of the gasket with RTV so that might help hold it in place a little better. The difficult part is sticking the rubber end seals up on the engine and hoping they stay there long enough to get the pan in place.
Obviously, it is much easier to do it with the engine out of the vehicle and upside down.

Don't know if its overkill but was looking to use these Velcro snap cups and studs when I change out my oil pan gasket (need to replace dipstick guide). Anyone here use them?
