Sniper EFI WOT timing

Subject pretty much says it.



I just finished installing my Sniper and was going thru the initial set up. What are you guys using for your WOT timing setting

I’m at the same step what did you end up going with?

Touchpad wizard I initially went with 15 idle, 36 cruise, 32 WOT. But the wizard created timing map is scary. It looks like this with your three entered values:



Use the free sniper efi software and a SD card to create/upload a good ignition map. I also smoothed out the target AFR table, etc.

The initial 15 was updated to 22 to get more vacuum at idle. I'd post a screenshot but that's difficult on this site.

The current ignition map, following the above video, has ignition timing at idle around 20. Works well after adjusting my cam timing.
