So what were the raffles and who won?
Did the mafia from NJ take everything this year?
One day I will wake up and realize that my jeep is complete...one day, I just know it.

The list will be posted up soon on who won what when everyone gets home and gets a little rest.

I will say there are a few prizes headed up to NJ.

But then again, 75% of all raffle tickets sold this year were winning tickets.

Many thanks to CFSJC for another AWESOME event. Thanks as well to all companies and individuals who donated prizes. Well worth the 500 miles from NJ to participate in the comraderie associated with the Full Size Jeep.

A special thanks goes out to my traveling partner, my 2-way radio buddy, camping partner, nighttime trail passenger, and all around great friend Anne. I hope the swelling in your hand went down after your traumatic confrontation with the lizard on Wolfs Den. A special shoutout to Stosh and my new friend Coleman....always cool under pressure.

            Big thanks!

Well I guess it doesn't have to be my birthday for me to be lucky (but our luck seems to stop and start at the North Carolina State border. Virginia doesn't seem to like us much at all. Traffic in the same spot again. Are Virginiains fasciated by shiny objects? Because every time there's a tow truck or police car with its lights on at the side of the road a four mile backup ensues. Rant off.)

So, yeah I came home loaded down with a new Jeep Junkie tee shirt, a pair of warn gloves (which will go nicely with that winch I'm still working on getting), and a gift card from Jakes FSJ junkyard. I appreciate all the offers for help on cashing that one in. When I figure out what the next project will be, I'll be in touch. Or, we could come down a day early next year and check it out ourselves.

And to Headhoncho, thank me? Thank You! Once again pulling through in the clutch for the Sunday morning repairs! I wouldn't even attempt the trip without you there to bail me out of the inevitable. (and thanks for the other advice too. )

                Thanks to all..

Family and I had a great time. Thanks to CFSJC for hosting, drawing donors and those that helped me off Dickey Bell. Pix will be up soon. The younger one is already looking for his own FSJ as he will be 18 next time. Let me know when to mark the calender for next year....

What's even better is that the one on my Jeep now, was won I think at the first ECI by either Ryan (BJ's) or Mark (Not around anymore)..can't remember which, traded between them, and then sold to me by one of them.
