I had paid for a headlight harness with relays for my 88 Grand Wagoneer. Unfortunately, Serehill has passed away. His product was known for its excellent quality. Does anyone know of another high-quality source for a headlight harness? Thanks in advance.

Originally posted by mathmanI had bought two from Serehill, one had a couple of wires come loose - should be an easy fix. If you're interested in that one, just give me your address in a Private Message and I'll send it on to you, no charge.
The first picture is what the connector should look like - you'll want to refer to this one to make sure you get the three wires in the correct slot:
The second picture of the overall harness - but the connector with the wonky wire is disconnected from the harness (I had pulled all three spades to make it easier to fix the loose wire but I never got to it) and the spade that had the wire loose.
The third picture is of the three wires that go into the loose connector.
The last picture is of the connector and the spade that had come off in shipping to me.
It took me a little longer to get in the shop and find everything - I should have it in the mail to you by Tuesday (Oct 10).David

What's the status on these?
Is Rick's son going to be making them?
Would it be helpful if I posted the dimensions and so forth so people can make there own?
Should I ask a fellow who makes similar ones for Mopars if he'ld be interested in making them for FSJs?
The one I bought can serve as a model.

It sounds like Rick's son won't be making these (saw on another post).
If someone can get us a harness, we can send it out and have them remade and would sell them as Serehill headlight harnesses.
If anyone can help, let us know.

Guys they are super easy to make your own. Get two 40 amp relays, use the old headlight wires to signal the relays, run two heavy 10 or 12 gauge fused wires (one for low beam, one for high beam, keep them separate for safety) from the battery for power to the bulbs and ground the relay. Swap in high heat ceramic plugs for the bulb connections, That is it. You can buy the stuff from Susquehanna motor sports and I believe they even sell the assembly pre done. It is not hard. Just a little time consuming.-----------------------
