Ohio area Full Size Jeep Club?

Think there's any interest in this? Are there enough of us? Will we crawl out from under our rocks long enough to be a club? Just a passing thought as I was surfing the other regional sections. There are clubs specific to FSJ's mentioned. Whadda ya think? We can make pink hats or something.

You guys crack me up! I was talking about forming a more regional club, not a meet and greet you social butterflies

There's a few in works though, Riga Dust off and Cabin Fever at Z&M to name two.

Any thoughts on a OHIO or TRI STATE FSJ Club? Maybe something where we can organize rides etc? Or just hang here/fsjnetwork?

The only reason I even bring it up is I see on some of the other regional sub-forums that there are local fsj clubs mentioned. So why not us?

Mike

Talking

I'm in as well. Although I won't be driving my FSJ until I repair the trans and cured all the leaks.

Don't wanna crash a wrangler event, maybe just start a site for the local guys? Figure what we want to do as far as trails and get togetherss?

There's a few spots nearby, and probably more than I'm aware of.

The meet I was talking about is just put on by wrangler club but all are welcome! There is a 200 acre park right by me as well I'm very close with owners. This park is mild to wild

Howdy! I finally got around to getting registered... I'm definitely in if we can get something together... As far as trails though, the only place I know of that's probably still around is Stone Quarry rd outside of McArthur... It was pretty rough last time I was there though... The '56 CJ-5 I was driving barely survived the trip. I'd be happy with a meet and greet type of thing, and there are some fun roads for cruising around my area... Some unimproved roads I have yet to explore as well...

@Lifted85waggy, Can you shoot me some details on that Wrangler event?

@jswigal, Welcome man, whereabouts in SE Ohio are ya?

@78J-10, From what I've been reading most of the Ohio Off-road clubs do some relatively local events, then plan to go out of state as a group for the bigger destinations. I'm cool with that, and if the side benefit is more local network of guys/gals for W.O.T.'s and socializing isn't a bad thing

Thoughts?

Mike

Edit:
I meant to post this earlier, it's an Ohio FSJ Site. But it appears dead, last activity was in 2010. Heck one of the members sold me his jeep so I know he's out of the game
