Ouray Pics 2009 smaller images, no need to beware...

Hey, I had a great time in Ouray with all of you!! If you post pics here please make sure they are 800x600 so you can see the whole thing on the screen and they download faster. If you're a resolution purist you can post in Brutus' pic thread...

Nice view from Minnie or Maggie or some such place...

By khanawalt at 2009-07-26

Flint and Krista seem to be happy to be here together... <gag>

By khanawalt, shot with BlackBerry 9530 at 2009-07-26

Nice views from up there!! If you look closely you'll see two separate groups of broken down Jeeps on the road...

By khanawalt, shot with BlackBerry 9530 at 2009-07-26

Carl reckons these guys ought not bring their Jeeps up here unless they got gas in 'em...

By khanawalt at 2009-07-26

By khanawalt at 2009-07-26

Had to do Black Bear with a real dog...

By khanawalt at 2009-07-26

The dog was Sporky, this is Katie...

Anyone who travels to elevations higher than 600 feet has my utmost admiration and respect. These pictures are beyond beautiful and so are the people in them.

Thanks for sharing with all of us.

Wholly carp! When you've lived here prit-near all your life, and still get vertigo just looking at a picture, imagine what the real thing must do to flatlanders experiencing it for the first time!
