Visor cups are easier to make in a mold

Make a mold of that, turn out great. Little on the heavy side because its solid.

A great thing to print, if the piece is strong enough, would be the part the power mirror joystick fits in to control motor movement. This is usually broken and what causes the mirror control to not function. Not sure if the 4 rods can be printed, or worst case taken from the broken piece and fit inside the printed piece:
