PART ONE . . .
I still haven't been able to get pics to post here to show you what it looks like under my hood or sketches of box ideas, so I'll do what I can with links to existing products.
These links are the typical width wise unit bolted to the firewall, the 2nd is cheaper, and maybe a better fit? This style could work As Is on the passenger side if the 2nd battery is mounted driver side.
https://www.jegs.com/i/Trail-Gear/54...7-KIT/10002/-1
https://www.jegs.com/i/Allstar-Perfo...76100/10002/-1
This unit shows what I originally thought of for the orientation of both batteries on the passenger side. Although it doesn't have the mounting points or support to hang 90ish pounds of battery forward of the firewall.
https://www.jegs.com/i/Trail-Gear/54...3-KIT/10002/-1
This one would have been perfect IF the batteries were running length wise away from the firewall instead of width wise.

On some devices the apostrophe will chop off all the text after it.
Don't use the apostrophe on those devices.
Or, COPY the entire text, BEFORE clicking submit.
After submit if chopped off text, Click edit and paste what you copied, then click save.
My iphone used to do it, but guessing one of the iOS updates resolved it @ some point.

Which apostrophe are you referring to?
I've tried those and other attempts and still can't get Part 2 to post the 2nd half of Part 1. No matter what I do it still comes back with the 1st rendition of Part 2 no matter how many times I alternator, edit it, delete it, log out, restart, etc.
EDIT . . .
It keeps posting what you see below.
EDIT #2 . . .
Not sure why it allowed me to respond to your comment using the "Quote" button, but not to Goldhammer

If the 2nd battery is mounted driver side it would have to rotate 90

This is using the link button on here. It posts a link, but not the pics.
This is the passenger and driver side on my '79 J20 as it sits now.

When you're in the gallery right click an image and click "open image in new tab. That is the link you want to use. Also you dont want to upload a full resolution image or it will take up the whole screen, you need to resize it to a smaller size.

If there is enough room to get both side by side, lengthwise ( like your current mount) then either the double or single would working. Can weld a length of angle under it to bolt through the firewall, and brace the front to the fenderwell. The single can be braced under the existing tray, angle to bolt to firewall and brace to fenderwell. If they fit, only a matter of how much room is left for a heat shield for the turbo

When I 'right click' in my phone's Gallery nothing happens. Same after I used the picture to Imgur so I'm completely at a loss at what you're talking about. Maybe that works when you have a laptop or desktop? I only have my Samsung 9+

Unfortunately running both batteries side by side the turbo is in the way by about 2"+/-. If they were mounted back to back there would be about 3" of space. My only concern there is the forward weight of the 2nd battery and supporting it.

Below is a base idea using 1 1/2" angle iron as a frame. I did not show the sheet metal sides that will protect the battery from road debris. (The existing box protrudes below the inner fenderwell)
