Master cylinder for disk brake conversion

So I’ve done the disk brake conversion on the front of the 73 wagoneer from thejeepguy and he recommended a master cylinder from an early f-100 ford truck. Well the bolt holes don’t line up, the plunger is way different, and it has 2 different size ports for the brake lines. Can anybody shed some light on this for me? Thanks

I used a master cylinder from a 79 J truck. Here's some archive links:
