Lube (silicone spray or WD-40) and some plastic-tip 'wedgies'. I've always made mine out of thin teflon. It's like a screwdriver on both ends, about 1/2" - 3/4" wide and about 10" long. You use it to pry the weatherstripping away, a bit at at time.

Use a wooden stick or plastic rod or handle. Work it in between the seal and the metal inside the truck. As you work it along, put a bit of pressure on the window and start working the seal loose, like you were taking a tire off of the rim. Good idea to have someone help, but I had no problems doing this myself. At some point, the window will be loose enough to come out. Remove it from the outside. It is a really easy job.

I is way simple to remove, but you will loose the rubber gasket.

Simply take a box knife and cut the rubber at the center all the way around, **** thing will just about fall in at that point.

Takes about 43 seconds to get into a Cherokee with a pen knife.
