voltage regulator on 1989 grand wagoneer?

Can anyone tell me where the voltage regulator is on a 1989 Grand Wagoneer?

I could be mistaken, but consulting my shop manual I don't see a voltage regulator on here. Are the alternators in the later GWs internally regulated? I could be wrong, but I'll gladly scan the wiring diagram from the shop manual if you'd like.

That's correct. Some early years had separate voltage regulators, but don't get me to lying about which years.

According to the Hanes manual diagrams they went internally regulated in 1975 and up.

My 77 360 Cherokee still has the external regulated alt, but my 77 285 J-10 had the internaly regulated SI-10, so YMMV.
