Thumbs up Any Cad Designers On Board?

Just curious if we have any cad designers around here? I've got a Plasmacam table but I'm no designer what I'm interested in is to see if anyone wants to design a set of bumpers for cash or for a set of cut out bumpers ill ship you and you can weld them up at home. Just a thought,,

Just looking to design a front and rear bumper for a Grand Wagoneer, nothing to fancy.. I could measure and draw it out but it would take a month of Sundays

i have a design I made back when I had Levi (my Cherokee).. however it's more bull-bar than bumper replacement.

(sorry, it's a bit dark, it's supposed to be a night-shot) - click for full res.

the design; which was modified a bit from the original for the above pic. I think the mod looks a little better.

Thanks; was gonna have it made for levi; and I don't think it'll look all that great on the Panel. Plus we're looking to keep it Original.

It would be much easier for whoever does the files to use a grand wagoneer on hand for measurements. If I have to ill just do one myself out of sheet metal for a trial run..

Brush Guard

Hello SUZQ044,
What could a guy buy a copy of those CAD drawings for the brush guard you designed for?
I have access to laser/press brake/welders/tube bender/etc. at my shop (we mostly run MasterCam but CAD is an easy conversion) and that is the best looking brush guard I have ever seen.
I'd love to make one, or two if you want one for your next Levi.
Thanks

That brush guard looks awsome. The only improvement I can think of is to incorporate a hidden winch mount under the bumper.

@armack02 --
Unfortunately, it's not CAD, just a Photoshop illustration.. I would just ask if you made one, that I got one as well, that would be my price, because I simply couldn't afford a custom shop to make one.. If you need more detail, I can do that with the panel-waggy, I guess (idk if they're the same width as the late model cherokee tho?).. I did do some minor adjustments to the grille guard shape too, but I have to find the image.. Sorry for the delay in response, haven't been on in a while.

Here is a brightened version of the illustration; so you can see a bit more detail of the overall look.
As you can see, i was going to add DRLs to the outermost slots in the grille and do reflective factory-style Laredo vinyl

(pre-brightening)

@suzq044,
Not sure if I can do anything with photoshop but I'll have my programmers look into it. If it gets us started and I need dimensions, I'll pull them off my '88 Grand Wagoneer and we can compare some points on yours with mine to see if it's universal. If I can pull this off, I'll gladly send you a full unit. I'll let you know as soon as I can so you can pick your color because we powder-coat here too.
Thanks for sharing.

cool; i hope it works out - I know the earlier vehicles are a bit narrower, but the design was for a wide-track Cherokee, and it's just a brush guard, so it should "convert" easily enough.

Let me know - either by PM or on this thread. If you need/want my email, PM me.

Here is the slightly altered one that is on the full-render:
