Sounds good . Just so you know the Chero isn't so hot on the highway, so it would be a slow trip haha (wobbly at ~55 - still trying to figure it out).

15 days and counting!
Hoping to get both jeeps up to ECI this year- may be the last year for the Choptop. Need to par the fleet down some.

Working on getting everything together! ECI is getting too close too fast!
14 days and my heads are at a machine shop, my CB still isn't hooked up, my fire extinguisher isn't installed, push bar still needs to be sanded (and painted/mounted), still need front tow points.
GAH! I'm going to have to crack down after I get off work Saturday (getting heads back Friday) and after church Sunday. I want to get it back on the road by Sunday night. Hopefully CB will be installed tomorrow (radio is in, just need to decide on an antenna location and run the wire). I should be able to get the push bar cleaned up the rest of the way tomorrow and put the bed coating on it. Let it dry overnight.
I also need to get my shorties milled/surfaced (they are slightly warped which doesn't help my exhaust leak issue).
Wish me luck!

Maybe this coming year in my "new" '91...

Seems like forever ago doesnt it. I still remember the first one in 2003 at Telico. That was a good test run for all of us. Uwharrie has definetley been where it needed to be and I am so proud to be able to say I was a part of it. Still got my pictures from the Uwharrie runs up right on top of my computer.
Miss those days lke crazy. Thanks to all for keeping the dream alive. Next year for sure.

Well, I started getting the J-10 ready for the ECI tonight. Drove it to pick up the pizza and everything worked so I called it good, I'm ready.
Zack installed a power steering cooler last weekend so he's all set.
Wow, not having to work on something right up to the night before is kind of new to me, I kinda of like it!

There has been some chit-chat about ECI over on FSJnetwork. I've been too busy getting my Wag ready to do much chit-chatting though.

Sorry for the confusion guys, you are on an old thread. Here's the new one:

And yes the forum has been fairly quiet this year.
