Looks good, save for one little thing - lose the square headlights! If its rust free, you'd better use some waxoyl or some other good undercoating, or the salt will eat it alive!

Glad y'all made it OK! The lights will often cut out because the light switch in the dash is overheating after a while. Creative PO wiring mods always make for fun detective work too.

LOL!!!...It was clear where I got pulled over in La Grange! I think he was fudgin on the numbers too becasue its exactly 16 over which is the speed that is considered speeding on the ticket. Becasue this is after Matt told me to slow it down to 70mph becasue he was having bad vibrations.

Its a waxy-oily undercoating. The MG guys swear by it, and its used quite a bit over the pond. I've got a can that I've been meaning to use on my cherokee, but have been too busy fixing other things. Some links:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waxoyl
http://www.minimania.com/web/Item/WA.../InvDetail.cfm

Eastwood has some good stuff too:

http://eastwood.resultspage.com/auto/anti%20rust

There are a few others too, and I have a recipe somewhere for it, but if I remember, it involves turpentine, beeswax, chainsaw bar oil, and a hotplate - sounds like disaster waiting to happen to me.

Throw some fertilizer in there and you would have some crude explosives.
