Anyone live in Southern California That Can Help Me With My 88

Bought an 88 GW in Feb of this year from the original owner.

I replaced the carb this past week and she is running decent now. I need some help with other items that I don’t know how to do.

1. Adjust timing
2. Adjust carb fuel / air mix
3. Evaluate AC system
4. Evaluate 4WD
5. Evaluate cruise control

I have read on these topics I am just better at hands on learning. I would pay you for your time as well.

Anybody available to help me out? I have tools, timing gun, etc.

Don't live anywhere near you but the timing an fuel mixture are very easy to explain how to do.

Is your light a dial back type ? to get your timing correct you need one but a cheapo standard one will get you on the road.

Myself or someone else here can walk you through it if you want to try.

SoCal is a very big area, where exactly are you?
I’m in Oceanside.
Do you need to smog test? If so initial timing needs to be within 2* of sticker/spec. Max would be 12* for ‘88 IiRC.
