Cowl drain...very ugly butcher job..but it works!
So I attacked my cowl drainage problem with a complete lack of finese or proper tools...but I got results!
1. Removed the driver side fender..broke the plastic tabs that hold in the turn signal, of course.
2. Opened up a large drainage hole in the cowl reservoir..prime butchery..just drilled holes in a circle and snipped it out.
3. Cleared out the pile of leaves, seeds, little branches..a bunch of IDs for some guy named Jimmy Hoffa..see the pic of leaves for reference
4. Quick hose job to test..no problem..reinstalled..another..longer hose test..still good..wahoo! I can install an interior!
I know that it's ugly..but I'll be back to clean it up when I address the fender rust in Feb/March..really!
