Junkyard Dog Build

Here's the story of my 1979/1980 J10 build.
http://www.ifsja.org/forums/vb/showthread.php?t=118562

I could never have done this build without the help of lots of folks. PineyMike has been amazingly helpful. Without him this build would have never started and certainly would not have gotten done, I can never repay him for all of his time. HeadHoncho got me through the process of getting a title for the truck and without his help I would have had to spend a lot of time and many dollars. He also jumped in and helped out during the MidAtlantic Full Size Jeep Club Wrench-a-Thons. Thanks again for all you've helped me with JR. My next door neighbor Mike Sheeks was spent lots of time woking with me on the truck too, he is a very talented mechanic and all around good neighbor.

88 waggy build

K this is not a hard core tech build. Just a solid Waggy with a few upgrades. We scored two waggys for a cool grand one was a runner with 100k on the odo and a 6" lift already installed. Plans include hopped up 360 with EFI, part time 4WD conversion, 4 wheel disks, 35's, crossover steering, air bags for the rear, 8.8 in the rear with the 44 front converted to 5X5.5 bolt pattern.
Here is what we started with

63 waggy

This is where it all began, "Look what I got You honey" He said with an evil grin. I had a plan to use a Ford 300 with FI but when I found a totaled 87 the plan changed. Yep, Wer'e still together! If the avitar pic looks familliar it's due to ARCSOFT, a really cool program. this is the ultimate plan.
