Rear truck Flair on a Chief ? Will it work?

So - getting back on track with the Chief.. the rear flairs need some repair.. and making those parts is going to be a bear.

I have access to a ruined truck bed that has flairs with no rust.. can the lower sections be removed and used to replace/patch the rust on my Chief?

Are the profiles the same? Only need the lower 14" or so.. front and back.

strangely, the rest of the Chief is rock solid...

Experts ?

Great! That's what I think too...

I can fab some type of inner section to close it out, but that compound outer curve part, UGH!

I have a link saved on another computer of mine. Give me some time to find it. It was a blue Cherokee that someone used J10/20 flares on. There was a bit of work to be done as the J10/20 profile is different, especially in the back.

See the 5th post down.

BTW, if you have any info on how to WT fender a GW, it would be appreciated.
