Final Notice!!!

I'm mad at the guy who bid and won my '91 Jeep Grand Wagoneer on E Bay. It has been paid with USPS money order so that has been taken care of. It was like 7-8 weeks that he won it. He kept telling me that he would plan an transportation to get it. He never planned one yet. The stupid thing is that I sent him the title. I should've held the title until he picks it up and pay in full. There fore, I talked to Evanston police about this. I was told to give the buyer a 10 day notice to get it moved. If he doesn't move it within 10 days, I'll give permission for police to tow it. I gave him the final notice today. It feels so good. The buyer will probably throw a fit, but good. Enough of free storage!!

Sorry, I had to vent.

we've missed you Derek!

Just tell the guy who bought it you're leaving the doors unlocked and the keys in the ignition, and oh btw, that you live if a 'bad' neighborhood.

He must be far away. If the Wag is in good driveable condition, he should just fly in and drive it back.

Sometimes these cheaper transport companies work off of convenience, so it takes a little longer than some of the pricier ones, but 8 weeks would be my breaking point too.

Seems as though you could put a mechanics lien on it for storage fees.

Well, Derek's Waggy is nice BUT engineless so it wouldn't get very far under its own power unless there was a major hill involved

Sorry to hear this bro. If I had the time/money/space for another project I'd be more than willing to take that '91 off your hands

if the buyer hasnt registered it yet just get a duplicate title... it will void the old one. also if he has registered it you can get an abadoned vehicle title.
