I would try to fabricate it. It needs to fit the nut and sleeve at the choke housing, and slide into the choke stove. It does not require a precise air-tight fit. Copper or nicopp would be fine, and easier to work with. Measure the diameter and find tubing to match. I expect the nut and sleeve from a hardware store compression fitting of the same tube size will work.

Or cut off the broken end and join more tubing with a compression fitting. Make it long enough to stick into the stove in the manifold.

Or Dorman sells a kit that replaces the choke stove entirely. Use all or part of one of thse kits to feed hot air to the choke cover. https://www.dormanproducts.com/gsearch.aspx?type=keyword&origin=keyword&q=Choke+H eater+Tube+Kit
