question about a 1980 J20

Hey everyone,

Would an '80 J20 have the front diff on the passenger side or driver's side??

What were the available transfer cases in '80 ?

Thanks!!

Drivers side. Don't know about the J-20 specifically but most common was the 208 either behind an AT or MT. In the rest of the FSJ line and possibly(?) the J-20 was the optional 219 with AT only.
