Mean you that it doesn't have the grooves in the bars? I think it does but no paint.

What goes to the bottom where the 3 holes are? Is there a strip that gets mounted there?

FYI I saw a column swap like that where they used a sawsall and cut off the column shift bracket/knob whatever, sanded it down and painted, and you'd never know it was there. just billet aluminum.
That thing looks like a blast to drive! What rear end did you put in it?
