Wood trim on inside of doors

Went to see if a guy up the street wanted to sell a few things off of an 80 Wagoneer. He did not, but would sell the whole thing for five hundred. Not enough good to get my money back, even the grill was cracked. Anyway, While I was looking at it, I noticed it had wood grain on the inside of the doors. Was this a common option? Check it out.

It looked really good, best fake wood I have ever seen on a Wagon.

Interior wood trim

My '85& '90 both have this trim. Ibought a replacement set from team GW but have not tried to install yet. Probably the "wood" looked so good because it was so old! LOL
