Only off the back of another one. They don't make them new anymore. They pop up for sale every now and then.

I Modified A Mystery Hitch To Fit My GrandWagoneer. All I Know About It Is It Is AFfew Inches Wider Than The Receiver On My DadS 99 Dodge And It Was Free . Your J20 Will Be Even Wider

Google universal receiver hitch. They make them to fit a variety of frame widths.

I just finished making one. Suppose I should post up a foto but I haven't taken any.
Basically a square tube with a receiver cut/welded into the center and 2 rails that bolt onto the frame rails.......... The receiver will exit just below the factory bumper. I'll try to get to a foto tomorrow. Not really a big deal to make one if you weld.

OK then, Here is a link to fotobucket pics. http://s1116.photobucket.com/user/it...20Hitch%202013
The hitch isn't yet installed as the bed is about to be removed in order to do some frame detailing and (repair?) I hope not!
