Latest driver project.

I bought DrLockes 68 Wagoneer early this year. Caught Waggy fever again and this one seemed pretty good. Seemed. Lots of hidden rot under seam sealer, bad gas tank and my usual can't leave well enough alone.

Don't have a lot of pics, but will have more soon. Should be on the road after seven years next week.

It's going to be a daily driver including Winter. Im going to do better floor work in the summer. Ran out of time for real patches.

So far I've rebuilt, replaced or added:

Replaced the gas tank
Rebuilt the fuel pump
Rebuilt the carb
All new fuel hoses and one line

Re-cored radiator
All new coolant hoses
Re-cored heater core

Resealed intake
Resealed lifter cover
New diff gaskets/oil
New trans gasket/filter/fluid
Changed t-case oil

All new tune up parts

NOS AC compressor
New belts

New tires
Powder coated wheels
NOS rear hubcaps
NOS trim ring clips
Used trim rings

Used front hubcaps

NOS rear cross member

New Retro Sounds Radio
New seat belts
Added parking brake warning light kit
Added mix of NOS and used roof rack
Added vent shades
Added NOS door edge guards
Added bumper guards
Replaced rear bumper with 2/3 NOS pieces
New plastic glove box insert
Added OEM day/night mirror

New front/rear shoes/hardware wheel cylinders
New front brake hoses
NOS rear brake drums
New front wheel seals
New rear axle and hub seals
New knuckle seals and wipes
Rebuilt the Lock-O-Matic hubs

Lots of small things. I'll have better pics of how it sits this weekend.

It is. I'll snag some pics for you when I have a chance and some daylight.

Mikel has a hood the same color, I just talked to him about it today. I was planning on having it painted otherwise.

The chrome wheel rings are a nice addition
Wondering if you have the engine date code on the alternator bracket ?

I can check. The ring gears are dated late 67, I think it was 12/67.
