'80 J-10 TF727 dipstick O-Ring Size?

Anybody know what should be used on the end of the TF727 Auto Tranny Dipstick tube? Should it be snug to the tube (15mm ID), or have some play in it (16mm ID)? How about o-ring cross section diameter? (2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm)

A little embarrassed to ask, but I think this is where my slow leak has been coming from!

Thanx in advance for any advice!

I have never checked and just buy them from local NAPA for ~$1.
Only place around me here that has them in stock.

The dipstick will move around a little, it is not a super tight fit which is why it is bolted to the bell housing.
