I will get a picture of the Seals, they don't look like the umbrella I am used to.

Also I doubt they tanked them or anything.

iffen it were me, I would buy these:
        bkilby's heads
Sure they are heavy and shipping would be expensive but that's a good deal on good heads. Then I would do this:
        LS rocker swap

          Marc,
What is the benefit of 360 Heads instead of 401 Heads?

360 and 401 Heads are the same but brads are freshly rebuilt and ready to bolt on. It is not so much an advantage of one head over the other, just cost and schedule.

This would also give you a spare set of heads so you can tinker on them for a later install. Or put them on Craigslist/eBay and sell them.

Well schedule is no problem, and I think I can rebuild mine for less the shipping of his to me.

Good idea though, would be awesome to have a set of heads to trick out.

Got the bottom end disassembled and we are down to a bare block! Nothing crazy to report just updating with status.

I did clean up the top right two valves just to see how they'd look...pretty good.

I think if you pull the pistons out, you may need to hone and re-ring... ? Maybe not?

Good advice, I planned on honing and re-ringing already. Just checking the bore currently.

Block is clean and painted, ready for a quick garage hone and then it is ready.

I de-greased and wire brushed the heads, prepping the heads for paint. Heads also had some pretty sharp casting corners, took some time before paint to grind them down.

Also got rid of some ugliness inside to help with flow. I didn't port them or anything, just cleaned up the flashing in the water ports and intake and exhaust.
