Winch power interrupt switch

Hey everyone. I was thinking about installing a Warn 62132 power interrupt kit. But in looking at it seems like all I need is the correct type of solenoid, and correct gauge of trigger wire. I am assuming the trigger wire in the kit is 14 awg. Anyone out there built their own interrupt circuit??

I used to use the small metal can solenoids to kill winch power. I still have one on my CJ and it works fine. In my hand here is a Stinger SPG35 isolator/relay. Capable of 500 amps continuous and 700 Amp surge. I had intended to put it on my next winch install and somehow it still sits on the shelf. The winch is installed though... I guess I had better put it in.
Am I done yet?

Holy Moly, I am done.....

Should be pretty simple to make. Just make sure that solenoid is continues duty, not intermittent duty.
